I love the Waianae Coast

I worked on my coast again today, in a building I visit frequently. Investors love it because it’s easy to mainatain a furnished condo there and keep it occupied with vacation renters. On-site staff maintain the building and grounds beautfiully and provide concierge services. Property values there have been climbing steadily for a while, so the condos turn over quickly as investors look for the next good deal. Consequently, I get a lot of inspections (I’m called in by buyers’ agents shortly before close of escrow.) I have two more inspections lined up there in the coming weeks.

Now I ask you, why would anyone rent a high-priced hotel room in Waikiki, with its crowded beaches …

when they can rent a condo out here away from the hustle and bustle?

Surely being steps away from shopping and fine dining …

can’t really compete with this!

I think it’s really worth it to rent a car …

and stop for groceries on your way out from the airport.

It’s not as if you can’t get to the other attractions on the island. The same highway that brings you here joins the freeway about twenty miles away and can take you wherever you want to go.

My idea of a vacation may be different from yours, but I ask you … does it get any better than this?

  1. Amen!!!

  2. Hi Skeet.

I see that you have pictures on your blog now, very nice.

I am commenting on each Postie Blog that is listed on the Linky List. I have a sidebar widget that many people have decided to put on their blogs. In return I link to your blog under my Photo-A-Day Hosts Blog Roll.

What is the widget. Well, it is a daily photo from my Photo-A-Day project. I have been taking and posting photos to my blog for 2+ years straight. I just started year 3. I’d like to get more people viewing the images and commenting on them so if I can get many Photo-A-Day hosts then I hope I can get people viewing my photos and leaving comments.

You can add Photo-A-Day to your blog and contact me letting me know the widget it up and I will add you to my PAD Host link list.

Here is the link to the Photo-A-Day instructions and code. http://www.benspark.com/photo-a-day/
