		<description>Pinoy, the tree trimmers get to keep the coconuts as part of the deal, but they're quite generous. I sometimes ask them to crack two open for me. One mature one and one "baby." The immature coconut flesh has a pudding-like texture and is locally called "spoon coconut" because you scoop it out easily with a spoon to eat it.</description>
