Self Portrait Sunday for June 17, 2007
My life is terribly disorganized. I’ve been trying to combat that recently by doing some goal-setting. I’ve established some long-term markers that I hope to achieve, as well as monthly, weekly and daily ones. Sometimes I make it and sometimes I don’t. My list for today was not overly-ambitious:
1. Finish obligatory blog posts. [check]
2. Clean kitchen [check]
3. Two loads of laundry [check]
4. Shower and dress before noon.
Darn it! I was that close! Well, at least I got my face on. It’s one of my bathroom vanities, to accomplish at least that much before I move on to the next task (like, say, shoving a camera in my face!)

I wish I could say it’s only the weekends when I’m in jammies until an unfashionably late hour, Jennifer, but it just wouldn’t be true. I have a home office. On the days that I don’t have field work I frequently wear jammies until … well, until quite late in the day!

Hey sexy lady, since working from home, I find my showers get later and later too! I try to have it done by noon, but sometimes I catch myself in the shower at 2pm! I’m up at 7:30.

I’m ususally up between five and six, Deb, but if I get busy with something distracting I’m likely to get to the late afternoon before I remember that I haven’t showered, lol! Usually about the timethat I want to go outside the front gate to get the mail.:D

I’ve been waiting for your comment, Cass! I was beginning to think that maybe this was risque’ or immodest and I just didn’t see it that way when I posted it. But if YOU didn’t feel the need to comment on it and pull me back into line I must still be on the “proper” side of good taste, lol!
Makeup. The stupid eyebrows need their own post like the lips got. Maybe some day.
