Second, you really should try the tacos. Like I said in the post, I was adamantly againt trying that recipe, but my wife, a person much smarter than I, convinced me it would be a good idea.

And finally, I’m not really an angry person. I’m actually pretty laid back and generally happy in person. I just get annoyed with ineptitude and stupidity (which, conveniently, happen to show up to gether quite a bit…). I thought a blog would be a good place to serve as an outlet for that annoyance.
