Hee! Very perceptive, Mark. The spigot is facing southwest. The path you got right, but the bird is a red-vented bulbul. The photo was taken about half past noon. There is a boat harbor behind me and lots of folks are home. I’m wearing slippahs (local word for flip-flops.)
