Ah, someone else who eats weird meat pieces! Although my husband would be glad to hear of someone else who eats anchovies. He always looks at me strange because I’ve eaten tongue, kidney, livers. Oh, and haggis. LOL

Lynne, I grew up eating “cheap cuts” of meat, including livers & gizzards and beef tongue. They’re very flavorful, but it takes some getting used to for folks that didn’t learn to appreciate them as kids. I don’t eat kidney’s though. Now that’s just nasty!

Okay, I was thinking how good the pot of rice looked until I read the words “organ meats”! This especially hit me because I just cleaned up my daughter’s vomit from all over the bathroom floor, and bathtub, and walls…. (I’m sure you’ve been there!)
