		<description>Lynne, I grew up eating "cheap cuts" of meat, including livers &#038; gizzards and beef tongue. They're very flavorful, but it takes some getting used to for folks that didn't learn to appreciate them as kids. I don't eat kidney's though. Now that's just nasty! :D</description>

		<description>Okay, I was thinking how good the pot of rice looked until I read the words "organ meats"!  This  especially hit me because I just cleaned up my daughter's vomit from all over the bathroom floor, and bathtub, and walls.... (I'm sure you've been there!)</description>
