I know that the set-up screen automatically displays if you open a puzzle while you (the creator) are signed in to Big Fish. The people I sent mine to didn't have any problems with them, though. I sent a copy to myself and when I use that link I get the fully-functioning puzzle, but only if I'm not signed in to the greetings site. Did you figure out a way that it is usable cause my nieces and nephews would love me sending them some of these.
