Tuesday Teaser photo verification

Tuesday Teaser photo verification

I thought for sure that one of you would solve this. The wood grain is visible, though not obvious. I was sure someone would see that there were two different woods and that the darker one was part of a handle, thus leading to the solution. Alas, it was not to be. There’s no winner this week, but that’s great news for whoever wins next week. They’ll get two linky-love posts and be entered twice in the monthly drawing for a $10.00 gift card. I hope the unsolved puzzle didn’t frustrate you too much and that you’ll all come back next week to try again. Mahalo for playing!

  1. Oh… I can see it now, but I never would have gotten that. I didn’t see the knife or the handle, I thought it was concrete!

  2. Very clever Skeet! I had no clue.

  3. Fantastic! Even though I have a knife block I just haven’t looked at mine that up close. I’m not frustrated at all by not figuring it out.

The wood grain looked like cement or plaster to me.

I even had a dream about the teaser but didn’t manage to come up with anything useful.

I’m looking forward to next week’s teaser.

  4. Someone else thought the wood was concrete, too, Jennifer, so you’re not alone.

  5. Maybe next week, hm, Whim?

  6. You really dream about Tuesday Teasers, Sarah? Are they pleasant dreams or nightmares? :D

  7. It was a pleasant dream. I like a good puzzle. :)

  8. Hee! When I dream about Tuesday Teasers it’s always a nightmare, Sarah, of me scrambling to find a photo to use. :D

  9. I had fun trying to think. I got the whole family involved. I look forward to this Tuesdays. I’ll be here!
