Self Portrait Sunday for June 8, 2008

Self Portrait Sunday for June 8, 2008

Today was bookbrunch day. Much fun was had by all. Chocolate is an important part of our agenda when we eat at that particular restaurant, so I wore the appropriate shirt to celebrate it. Seriously, I’ve never understood why people rave about the food at vegas hotels when we have such wonderfully decadent stuff available here.

Hm! Ordinarily I would put the link to this post in the comments to Cass’s Self Portrait Sunday post at Midlife Musings, but I see she hasn’t been posting lately. Maybe she’s on vacation? I haven’t been hanging out at the message board where I know her, but I think I’ll wander over there and see if someone can tell me if she’s okay. Hope all is well, Cass!

Update: Cass’s computer is sick. Poor darling - she must be going crazy not being able to post! Get well soon, little connection to Cass’s world!

    1. You look quite happy and as if you enjoyed your day. Like the shirt!

    2. Thanks for the Cass update. I was wondering what was going on when she hadn’t posted SPS. Glad to hear it’s just ‘puter issues.

    3. Mahalo, Nellie. The shirt was a birhtday gift last year from one of my book pals who knows my appreciation for choclate!

    4. Yep,Tina - I always worry that someone is sick or has other trouble when they don’t post. Having a busted computer is no fun, but it’s not the worst thing that can happen.
