Some of the content of this blog is sponsored or compensated by advertisers. Since I’m here talking about stuff, and there are companies willing to pay people to talk about stuff, it seems like a win/win situation to me. I maintain 100% control over the content of my blog. With the exception of the occasional quote, press release or meme, every word is written by me. My advertisers do not control what I say or how I say it. They compensate me for writing about or linking to their sites or services, but the opinions expressed are my own. Most of the time I strive merely to inform my readers about a site, product or service and provide links they can use to find out more. Occasionally I will wax eloquent about the virtues of a sponsoring site and offer a personal endorsement. My advertisers don’t pay extra for that - it only happens when I’m genuinely enthusiastic about what they’re offering. I do not allow my advertisers to dictate the tone or opinion of anything I write.
